Problems with Flash on windows,

Ive tried reinstalling flash,

it loads some files but wont load others,


any idea on how to fix it, ? (maybe delete everything in the registry relating to flash and then reinstall it?)

also whats this swflash.cab file?
do i need to install it?



if so how? (after downloading it)
