Problems with "flutter" - green light stays on??

Hi everyone,

I'm new to mac and am loving it, but there's this one glitch I can't seem to resolve. I installed this app called "flutter." While on, it uses the webcam, and hence the green light is on. However, when I quit the app, the green light would not turn off. I tried deleting the app, but it says that "the item flutter cannot be moved to the trash because it's open."

How do I quit the app or delete it? Any other ways to turn the green light off?

I've made sure that all other programs using a webcam (photo booth, etc) are all off.

Open Activity Monitor and select to show "All Processes" and sort by name and quit the process "flutter".
