Problems with Gracenote

My friend has a problem with iTunes. Every-time he puts a disc into his computer it appears in iTunes but requires him to enter in the name, artist & etc. I tried the same disc on my computer and it worked fine, all the details came up. We're using the same internet connection, but would the problem be from the operating system? He's using OS X.4.10 and I'm using OS X.5.3.

Did you try Advanced, Get CD Track Names? Just an idea. . .

Yup it's defiantly not that, what else could it be? An un-updated version of iTunes? Also he can't connect to the Software Update server.

If the Software Updates don't work, then are you sure you're connected to the internet? Dumb question but just though I'd ask.

Yeah we're connected to the same wireless router.
