problems with installation in parallels (turbotax)

i just got parallels and i'm trying to install turbotax business(b/c no mac version).

when i click on the installer the little active circle comes up for a couple seconds and then nothing happens. it won't open the installer.

any ideas why it won't install?
i installed a couple other programs without issue.

i got it to install on my old pc with xp, but it won't install on windows 7 parallels. is it common that programs don't install with parallels?

No that's not common. Also, this should probably be posted in the "Windows on the Mac" forum.
