Problems with integrated isight

Hi
I bought a MacBook Pro 15" three months ago, and it works very well.
Only today i opened PhotoBooth and I realized that my computer doesn't recognise anymore the iSight.
I looked the list of hardware, and does not appear the iSight camera.
I tried to restart the computer, bot it didn't work.
What can I do?
