My wife's phone has started acting up quite a bit since installing iOS 10 on Sunday. The 2 main issues have been losing data connection and today she said Maps quit while she was driving. This leads to a frustrated phone call in a panic as she is trying to find the court house she is supposed to be at in 15 minutes! As I am her "Genius Bar" I was wondering if others were having this problem? What is the best course of action?
- Backup and restore
- Set up as new (not sure she understands how painful this would be)
- Roll it back to 9.3.5 while I still can (and I don't have a backup from iOS 9 anymore, so it would be set up as new.)
