This morning, I picked up my iPad and I noticed it was on the start-up screen (black with Apple logo). After about 10 seconds, the screen went all black. After a few seconds, the start-up screen was visible again for about 10 seconds. This just kept going...

So I tried to restore my iPad via iTunes, because the iPad didn’t seem to respond to a hard reset. When connected, the ‘connect to iTunes’ logo appeared on the screen. Unfortunately, while restoring I get ‘Error 9’ each time...

The error message states: The iPad could not be restored. An unknown error occured (9).

Is there anything I can do to fix my iPad?
