i have my imac hooked up to my sony bravia 46 led tv via hdmi connection. everything works fine except the mirrored image on the tv is not identical to that of my mac screen. the image on the tv has an overall magenta tinge. the tv is new and works perfect with my bluray player. Anyone else have this issue?? any suggestions on a fix??

You may just need to do a color adjustment for the input you're using. Sony's color adjustments are specific to each port (at least, they are on my Bravia).

tried that trick already. I can get it close but still not great. I figured the tv would mimick the mac as i have seen it perfect on other hd tvs without the colour corrections. Sony says it is a corrupted signal coming from the computer???

Any chance it's a bad cable?

not a bad cable. Colourspace??? not sure what that is. I am running through the hdmi 4 port.
