Problems with Open SSH on iOS 5.0.1

I recently upgraded and jailbroken my iphone to 5.0.1 (untethered) and am having connecting to my iPhone via SSH. I have tried both CyberDuck and my Mac Terminal. I get a time out error/refuse connection.
