Problems with receipt

    Hello,

    So yesterday I bought my first MBP and today while inspecting my receipt I just realized that the cashier has made mistakes in both my name and email address. Can anyone tell me what I can do to get this corrected cause I cannot send in my rebate form without the receipt.

    Go back into the store and explain the situation to the manager.

    That is your only option, unless you bought it from an Apple store and you get a really nice person when you call Applecare to explain.

    did you pay with a credit card?

    you would be in their computer system. Can't you call the store...and if they require it, email a pic. of the receipt indicating what's incorrect? Maybe they can generate a new receipt and send it to you in the mail.

    In any case, have you called the store?
