Is anyone successfully using SafariBlock on Leopard? I'm having issues getting it to work on Safari 3 and could use a little help...problem is that when I move the files into the appropriate folder and restart Safari, Safari still starts up as if nothing has happened...

🙁

I couldn't get either PithHelmet or SafariBlock to work for me under Leopard, so I switched to Safari-AdBlock. Free, simple, and it works like a charm. Blocks maybe 95% of the ads out there, and all the really annoying ones 'Congratulations, you have just won 2 free ipod nanos!'

I use Privoxy. It works great and isn't tied to any specific browser, so I get ad blocking no matter which browser I happen to be running.

I followed these instructions (just the first two, the right Library folder and privileges) and SafariBlock works normally. Make sure you have the latest Safari 3 compatible version.

As an update, I have been using PithHelmet for about a week (?) now and it works great.
