Problems with some javascript on windows in all browser

I'm having difficulty with javascript working in all three browsers I currently have installed (ie,firefox,opera)
Seems to be a fairly recent problem.
Its not to do with the sites coding as parts of the adobe site wont work 🙁
Any ideas?

The following is the error from opera's error console on a site with the effected code.
