Hey guys...
I have a sony hdr-sr5 hdd camera with sony's bluetooth clip on microphone.
I record with this microphone and bring file to my mac but there is no sound.
I have to manually extract the mp3 audio from the file and then bring into final cut pro so that i can now have both the sound and video to work with.
If i just import the file to final cut pro there is no sound either
If i use imovie to detect the camera and bring in the movie then once then i do have sound and video
If i use the camera without the microphone i dont have the problem
It appears that the sound is placed on a track that final cut pro does not recognize.
Has anyone had this issue or could give me some insight as to what i should do .. or am i stuck just simply extracting the audio manually to bring into final cut pro.
thanks
Cris Chico
