Problems with Sparrow search

So sad that Sparrow isn't supported anymore.

I'm having problems with search. For example, an email comes in and I delete it. 10 minutes later I search for that email and it does not show up in the results. When I click on the Trash icon, I see it right there.

Any ideas?

Did it ever search the Trash? Works fine for me in all folders other than the Trash...

In the past when I clicked on the trash mailbox and then did the search, it would search the Trash. At least I think it did.

I just tried it, and it doesn't search my trash, either.
