I have just recently purchased my first Macbook Pro. I am trying to do everything I possibly can on the Mac, but there are a few things that I need Windows for. I am using OneNote, but will be attempting to replace it with Curio.

I am attempting to set up Virtualbox with a Windows 7 guest, but for some reason it lags very badly. To the point where it is difficult to point the mouse at anything because it keeps jumping. Also the screen is black, and it slowly slides down to reveal the screen, it is that slow.

My question to other Apple users is how were you able to get Windows 7 running as a guest? I am aware of bootcamp, but that involves logging out and booting into either one or the other. What settings did you use to get Virtualbox working, or what other virtualization programmes for Mac did you use?
