Problems with youtube sometimes won,t work why?

No youtube will play on my IMAC anywhere ? 🙁 An erroer occured please try again later ,i clicked learn more it kept spinning .I restarted the IMAC still problem with youtube checked for updates.
Suddenly it worked again? 😯Why does it happen?
