I have decided to purchase a Sold State Drive in the very near future for my cMBP (thinking I should have just purchased a retina MacBook).

What would be the process of it? how would I install OSX onto it, or my data

The installation process I understand, its the data and inputting OSX is what I do not understand

As the guy above me said^, it's just like reinstalling any other PC, of course back up your data or something first, pop the SSD in, then install lion or mountian lion from a USB stick or a Disc. However if you can't get a hold of one, and you already have a copy, there are guides online on how to make an install usb stick ;)

Thanks, Found everything I need.

One more question, is there an application where I can mirror my current hard drive onto my new one? A recommended application
