I know this has been talked about in numerous other places on the web but I've seen no final answer. Figured programmers might know.. I just upgraded to Leopard from Tiger and now my BOINC running SETI@home no longer runs its seti process as "nice". I watch it in Activity Monitor and it always used to run the process on one core (per my request) at 100%, and as a "nice" process - so it would get out of the way for other programs. Now I'm hearing that Leopard no longer supports or displays nice %. Do you guys know if this is something Apple is working on?
