processing question?

    So I managed to place my order yesterday around 1 est
    I received 2 confirmation emails with duplicate order numbers.
    When I check my order status it is in the processing stage but the weird thing is that it says new line rather than my phone # and upgrade.
    Two questions
    1. Since I am In processing will I get mine on the 24th
    2. Why does the tracking page say new line?

    I appreciate your opinions on this thanks.

    'Processing' is normal, however, the "new line' you may want to give AT&T a call about, may not be a big deal though. When you look at your upgrade eligibility what does it say for the line you chose to upgrade on? Did your eligibility date change?

    it says new service not new line, my fault.
