How long are Product Red devices typically available from Apple?

I’m pretty interested in a Red model, but short on funds for a bit.

Just wondering if anyone here has any insight.

The red 7 was only available until the non-red 8 launched in September, I believe. So I would expect it to be available at least until September, but beyond that is anyone's guess.

I know you want red but you honestly might be better off waiting until the new iPhones come out this fall. Especially since your low on funds. Unless you just like the setup of the 8/8+

In all likeliness, the Product Red will be discontinued with announcement of the new iPhones during the fall Keynote in September. It’s just a limited time offering, just as the other Product Red iPhones have been.

Thanks to all, I’ll probably wait to see what happens in September then.

It's so tempting. That thing is GORGEOUS. I would have pulled the trigger if they had put 4x4 MIMO as part of Qualcomm Gigabit LTE and B14 in it, but they didn't do either, so I'm waiting.

I really hope the next iPhones still have unlocked Qualcomm models, if they go all-Intel, then I'll be forced to stay on Android. After having a phone with Qualcomm X12, the minimum I'd settle for now is Qualcomm X16 or X20.

Many of the carriers will have them long after Apple stops seeing them.

I bought my red 256GB 7+ in November and saved $200 over the 8+ by buying it then.

I just dug out my old iPhone 8 (Product) Red after all these years, and I'm in love with the color all over again. Makes you want to get a red Apple Watch and red iMac to go along with it...
