When connecting to the server Profile Manager web interface when I click on Profile Manager I see the following error in Safari.

    Client OS 10.9.2
    Safari 7.0.6
    Server 10.10.2

I'm able to VNC to the server and launch Profile Manager there.

Caught exception "Connection to DB failed" [CSDatabaseError] executing route /auth/?redirect=https://myserver.org/devicemanagement/webapi/authentication/callback:

I was able to connect to Profile Manager from the server, do what I needed to get done.
Later I was able to connect as well from another machine.

It's most likely a Postgres error. What do you see in /Library/Logs/ProfileManager/profilepanager.log as well as the relevant PostreSQL logs in that directory?

Depending on what you have Profile Manager doing you may find it's easier to reset PM and start over. It's definitely not one of Apple's most robust services.
