How do you set the program defaults? Like say I wanted all mp3's to open in VLC instead of iTunes. How do you change iTunes from being the default media player. Thanks

The general rule is to CTRL-Click on a file (a .mp3 file in your case), select 'Open with' > Other, choose the application, and check the 'Always open with' checkbox at the lower left
