Just got the new imac got tired of vist and now i have a problem. the programs that i used on windows, i cannot find for mac and i wanted to know if there is a program that will open them or change them into mac files so i can open them. i have tried crossover didnt work when opend didnt wanna respond :( thanks in advance

I'm guessing most of the files are .exe and those are tough to get changed. If you have movie files that you want to watch, you can download VLC, which plays most movie files. But I could help more if you list off the type of files you cannot open.

What programs are you looking for specifically, and maybe the members here can help you find the mac versions :)
 
these are just some some stupid files i use :p and they are all exe. and some of them are script changers and stuff but do i was looking for programs like crossover but useable or i will have to to do bootcamp
 
A program that converts Windows applications to Mac applicatioins

Just download the Windows file that you want, then open that file in this program (colloquial term just winebottler) it will convert your windows application to a mac application, easy peasy
