Just got my MBP SR 1 week ago,....

Trying to install TomTom Home. After downloading, clicking on the icon only makes it rippled for a while, but nothing happened.

Same goes with Office 2004 test drive (excel, entourage, etc).

Does anything else have this problem?

Mine's 2.4 Ghz with customized 200GB.

Did you read the readme file

Did you read the readme file? Are you doing exactly what it said to do to install the file? Can you give us more details?

For instance, the Office program, I had a MB, I click on the icon, it'll start up with registration and stuff,.... but for my MBP, nothing happened.

I read the readme file but ain't working.

Have you tried running a check on the disk to make sure that all the clusters are in working order?

How do u check disk? I went to disc utility>Mac HD>First Aid> But the verify disk is grey out.

If this is not the right way to check disk, please enlighten me.

I was doing my business trip when i receive this MBP, so I ship the box with CD. I haven't receive the box yet, so I don't have the CD currently with me.

Anyone from Vancouver, BC that is willing to borrow me the CD?
