Program outside the screen

I have a little problem.
i used extended desktop, whit a dell, and a mbp

when a program is on the mbp, and i restart the mac with the lid closed, when i open the program, it keeps going to the second screen, although this screen is not active (closed lid)

what could i do to bring this program to the main screen?????

Is this for all apps or one specifically? Does Exposé manage to bring it back into play?

expose brings it back
but when i click on that app, it goes away to the inexistent screen

its just for one app, its called NAMELY
