I recently reinstalled Mac OSX on my aluminium Imac, but the computer still feels slow and sluggish sometimes.

someone pointed me to that it might be my hard drive.. but before I send it in to Apple, is there any way that I can run a benchmark check on some sort of hard drive program?

I just wanna find out if my hard drive is good or kaput!

did you buy applecare? if so it comes with "techtools" or something.. if not i think the OSX installation cds have a built-in hardware checker.

try googling and see if it does, i know it did for tiger on my pb.
