program to clean mac for more memory?

hey my macbook pro is starting to run out of space. i dont know what to delete, was wondering if theres a program that suggests things to delete? or help😕

I like Disk Inventory X (free). It graphically shows usage within the folder hierarchy and uses colors to show the file types. Makes it easy to find the problem areas.

I like how omnidiskvewer works, its free as well and seems to be the most intuitive imo
