Hey,
I'll apologise in advance for any ambiguity or incorrect use of words here.
Basically, I'm a student, in a student house, and we just got the internet sorted here, it's a max of 20mb, to cater for 5 people.
I always get hanging downloads (they require a restart to work) as well as modem hangs (it just stops working - unplugging it and replugging it sorts it out).
One of my housemates is obsessed with using webcam with her boyfriend, with a microphone, too, and I'm wondering, how much of an impact does this have on the bandwith?
Because at times it's fine, and great, but then it chokes, even if it's only me and her online.
Is there any way I can determine why it chokes?
