Program to organize apps OTHER than itunes?

I have hundreds of apps and folders installed on my iPhone, and need an easy way to organize all of them with different pages in different folders - OTHER than iTunes, as It takes forever and I dont have the patience any more.

Are there any other alternatives?

Or is there even a Cydia app to rearrange everything without syncing with iTunes?

FolderEnhancer and MultiIconMover?

If you want to manage apps on the phone the above are good options. One note, when using FolderEnhancer you will not see icons in folders when in iTunes, it kind of takes away iTunes app management to an extent.
