program to translate audio from a movie? help

    so im a big cycling fan and i like to download and watch all the races that are held in Europe. however not all of them have english speaking announcers, so im wondering if there is a program that can translate in subtitles or something.

    If there are no subtitles (or closed captioning) available, then there is no way, that a software will translate it for you in real time.

    Unless translation software has advanced as hell of course.

    You might be able to find a speech-to-text that would translate, but you'd probably need two computers to do it - one to play the video and one to listen to the output and translate it. It's hard enough to translate speech to text, much much harder to translate speech in one language and produce text in another.

    I'm getting the mental image of Google translation combined with Microsoft's "Dear aunt"...
