I have a weird, yet stupid issue with a new program I installed. The very first time it opened, and every time now, the top bar of the program opens above the thresholds of my desktop. So I can't access the Close/Minimize/Resize buttons in the top left corner, nor can I move the window itself.

I can go fullscreen, but that doesn't solve the problem, its just a work around. I even tried on a different resolution external monitor, in hopes I could get access to the top bar but no luck. Is there a way of moving a program window without having access to the program's top bar?

What program is it? Be specific.

Does it have a "Window" menu? Do you see a Zoom menu item there? Try that.

The program is the one associated with my new Game Capture HD capture device. And trying the Zoom option in the menu fixed the issue. Thanks!!!
