programs for dvd burning?

ok, with extraction, compression, and the actual burning in mind, what programs are the best, in an easy to use kinda way?

Well I don't know of a program that does all that but I do know separate programs.
Extraction: MacTheRipper and Handbrake both FREE
Burning: Toast and Popcorn both cost money.

I use MacTheRipper to extract, then Popcorn to compress and burn.
