iPod touch Programs or ways to Sync with CALENDAR and CONTACTS

Hello Everyone!

First time posting here...

I'm Running PC, and currently use Gmail for Contact info, and Google Calendar to keep me on my toes. (Obviously, both are Web-based data management)

I'm looking for a way to sync my contacts, and calendar events TO the Touch, and vice versa.

Any suggestions?

Can you use Outlook for this? No idea about subscribing to GoogleCalendars with Outlook, as I'm on a Mac.
