Programs showing up 2x in "open with"

Since I restored from a time machine backup, all the programs in the "open with" for media files are showing up twice (except QT for some reason). What needs to be done to get them back to normal?

Thanks. Remembered it wasn't a TM backup, but with CCC. Onyx fixed it.

Isn't the quicker fix just to yank the LaunchServices plist from ~/Library/Preferences?
