Progress bar on boot up in Yosemite

When I was turning on the computer, it showed a progress bar under the Apple logo after I upgraded to Yosemite. I was curious if that was normal for Yosemite users. I did not see the progress bar while on Mavericks.

I think it is nice to see the progress bar - I've always wonder what take so long to get into operating system lol 🙂

I like the one on bootup. Haven't seen if the "Safe Sleep" progress bar looks the same or has a new look yet.

In Mavricks it was a spinning circle when the computer was starting up that what it was for me.
