Are you using HS on your 2008 Air? That model does not support Metal (or Metal 2).

ah no, Guille, sadly my macbook air 2008 had mb failure in 2016

i tested it on other macs (recent ones with metal support v2 and v3)

What games are you playing? They have to be updated to support Metal 2.

i just played 2 Blizzard games for 30min (i don t use macs for games )

- heroes of the storms : if i select "Metal" on the options menu, i have less FPS
- Diablo 3

i was looking for some gamers!
