iOS proper web page

I am developing a website which needs to be properly rendered in iPhone's safari browser without getting zoomed out. And it should also fit in whole screen in both landscape and portrait mode.

What care should I take for this ? I am not using a webview in a native app, I am just designing the website for iPhone's safari browser

Apple's Safari Web Content Guide covers most things, in particular you'll want to set the viewport meta tag.
