How do you protect keychain access from snooping eyes ?

Is there a way to lock all password information from somebody
getting on your computer ?

so when you lock the keychain after 5 minutes,

It's going to restrict access to saved sign in credentials. If you have already signed in, and the keychain locks, you will not be logged out of the site.
