Protecting a Macbook Pro

I am looking to buy a new Macbook pro. I am in the military and going over seas to afghanistan for a year. I just wanted to know if anyone had any good ways to protect and keep sand out of a laptop.

hmm sand and innocent tears of Afghani men, women and children, dont mix too well with MacBook Pros.

Regardless of how I feel about what we are doing in Afghanistan, I wish you well. I'm at work and can't surf too many shopping sights. I'd search for military grade cases.
