I suspect with all of these leaks now, that the iPhone is in full production and that we will probably have the iPHD on June 7th. I think this predicts that there will be no lag.

But another thought is that all of these leaks could be cover for an announcement that APPLE is going to make a Verizon iPhone.

When you outsource everthing, there are going to be leaks. They probably wanted to do a "shipping now", so that is why so many finished models have been leaked.

After seeing 16GB models only, I have this eerie feeling that we won't see a 64GB model. We already have a 16GB 3GS around and a 8GB 3G low end model. What would the new lineup look like? A 4G 16GB would only make sense as a low-end model and not as the one in the middle. Otherwise they'd have this huge gap between 16GB and 64GB. But will they really go as far and jump from 3G to 4G in the low end? Or introduce a 4th model? I doubt it.

Other possibility: the 16GB prototype will never be sold, but I doubt that too. Why bother designing it then and even have the capacity printed properly on the back.

For the next few months, there won't be Android phones with 64GB, so Apple might just say, screw that size and stick with 32.... 🙁
