iOS provision profile path

In my mac os x , i am not able to find the following path.
Does any requirements (mobile device connected to USB or provisioning profiles are to be added to xcode.. etc) are there to have this path.
plz help
/YourUserName/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles
 
There are no requirements to have this path. If it doesn't exist, create it, just like the instructions recommend.
