I just had my wifes iPhone 5 screen replaced at a kiosk in the mall. Now the proximity sensor is not sensitive enough. I can turn the screen off my fully covering it with my finger but moving it about 1/4- 1/2" away the screen turns back on. I tried the same thing on my iPhone 5 and I can get about one inch from the screen. Is there any fix for this issue?

There is.

Take it an Apple store & pay Apple rates to get the job done properly.

Buy cheap=buy twice.

You can buy a new iPhone for the "rates" apple wants to replace a screen.
