iPhone 5s (launch model); no repairs have been made to the phone. Phone lives in a Spigen Tough Armor.

Proximity sensor has completely quit working in call. Reset hasn't fixed the issue. Ideas?

Has the phone been dropped at all? It could be a loose cable. Is the front camera still working? I believe they're on the same cable.

If not, you can either attempt to replace it yourself (it's a $25 part) but it's quite fiddly, or I believe apple will just do a screen replacement for $129.

Front camera still works just fine.
