Proxy causing crash - fixed in 10.5.2???

there were issues caused on leopard (10.5 and 10.5.1) which caused apps that used an internet connection to crash when behind a proxy (such as at work or school)

is this issue fixed in 10.5.2?? (i sure hope it is...)
