PS CS3 Errors: Could not export because there is not enough RAM? *I have 2 gigs*

Never seen this before! The error is this:

*Could not complete the export command because there is not enough memory (RAM).*

I have a C2D 15'' with 2gigs, plenty! I am working with a psd that is 750k and trying to save for web.

In addition, PS CS3 has been randomly crashing. I'll be working, click a button, and POOF! Gone.

Anyone have any ideas?

It could be a bad install of Photoshop, try uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop. The uninstaller is located at Applications>Utilities>Adobe installers.
