Hello everyone, I have MP 5,1 wit the PS fan running at full speed all the time, no unexpected shut offs nor any other issue related with the PS, just the noisy fan.

TG Pro states "Temperature sensors: These sensors may not be working properly" so I downloaded and ran Apple Service Diagnostics and failed 4 tests, results are as follows:

From the test results it's clear that there is an issue with the PS sensors.
Has anyone had this issue before?
Any ideas how to fix it?

Temp sensors for the power supply would be inside the power supply.
To fix that, you could try replacing the power supply.

I think TG Pro can run in force mode (can't remmeber the exact name) to override the system fan speed (even due to overheat).

It's not a good idea in general, but you may use this funtion to keep the PSU fan at a reasonable safe but quiet speed as temporary work around.

For low usage, 800RPM should be good enough. But if you are living in a hot area, or you keep stressing your cMP. Then you may keep it at 1100 or even 1500, whatever the fan noise that you can accept.

If you're in the USA and need a replacement power supply, PM me. I've got an extra I don't need.
