PS type controller for Xbox 360

Is there a controller I can get for the Xbox 360 that has the layout of a Playstation 3 controller? I prefer the layout of the sticks on the PS3 controller compared to the layout of the Xbox 360 controller.

I haven't seen one but there's an idea for a mod if you have a spare sixaxis to butcher up 😎

I'm not kidding, someone already did it so it's possible but it would take some skillsl and time.
