PS3 media sharing

Ok I just bought a ps3 yesterday.

Is there anyway to stream media from my mac (wireless) to my ps3 (wired) that is free and actually works.

Also I'm on a university network using WPA-2 Enterprise, is there anyway to connect wirelessly or am I stuck using ethernet?

Btw if there are no free programs that work I can always torrent something when I go home.

Another vote for PS3 Media Server. Not pretty, but it is free and works well.

I've been using PS3MediaServer few years since PC, it works well without any lagging for 720p HD movie. But now, when I'm using it to play 720p movie with my MBA (gen 2, core2duo, MORE POWERFUL than my old PC) and it's lagging!

Can anybody tell me how to config the right setting or what I have to do to play HD movie smoothly.
