others I have been watching have gone for about $5000 which seems more realistic. However, that is still a ridiculous amount of money for a game console
 
Yes, but how, using a little tiny shread of your loaf could you think anyone on this earth would pay 81 Million Dollars for a one, clear scam/bid up/stolen ebay account, look at it how you will.

Is that the wasteland I can see on the horizon?
 
Now that I can see. I wonder how many people that bought them on release day are keeping them? A lot of money to be made.

However, 0 feedback? Maybe just a little too much.
 
All I can say is that if somone is really going to shell out 5K plus for a gaming system they are pathetic..... Honestly you could build an incredidle gaming PC for 5k, muchless 10k. Get patience people!
 
is the only way to get the ps3 is from pre-orders? I was on my way to work this morning and noticed a few tents out at a few electronic stores. Do they have a chance of getting one?
 
okay, I can see people spending double the cost on one of these. But 7100??!?!?! Jesus Christ. That's almost the grand total I can get off of unemployment.

Maybe I should have borrowed 600 bucks and waited a few days in the cold colorado weather, IF I knew people were going to spend that much, I'd have a nice little cushion to sit on right now.
 
Why does anyone spend several thousand dollars on a gaming consol, when they could just wait a little while and get it for much less?
