does anyone know if anyone created a theme maker for the ps3 for mac yet?
no I don't think there is one out.
PS3 theme creator for Mac arrived
P3TBuilder v2.0 for Mac OS X is out. It supports sounds and the worx. You can grab it from http://rebytes.vndv.com or http://rebytes.ueuo.com. These websites are the current official sites for me. Ill let you know if Im moving to other web hosts. I also published the sourcecode.
For you linux people that was left in the cold I also published a p3t library(cpp sourcecode) that can read and write PS3 themes. Get someone from the linux community to use the library and write a program to create themes for you.
Oh thanks! I've been looking for something like this.
New official websites are http://rebytes.xf-s.com for mainsite and http://rebytes.ueuo.com for backupsite. I still cannot confirm that the build will load and save themes on Intel. If anyone is interested to perform a couple of test runs for me with special builds I have, email me (only if you have OS X10.4 (PPC or Intel) or OS X10.5 (Intel)) at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will mail them if you can then tell me which builds are working.
P3TBuilder 3.0 is out. The Snow Leopard bug is fixed and it has some extra features like a background image list to select the backgrounds. It also has the usual XMB icon mode and expanded icon mode which will show all the icons on the screen.
The website has changed though. It is maintained by PS3SA, PS3 Lifestyle magazine, http://www.ps3sa.co.za
You will need to register, but it is free and easy. You can then also get the free PS3 magazine from the site.
I actualy made a blog on how to make a PS3 theme on a mac you can see it here: http://ps3-downloads.co.uk/ps3-theme-creator-for-mac/
